  I visited 20/26/19 the staff was always pleasant and helpful ,the place is huge lots to do ,be prepared to walk ah lot ,we took the ferry,there was this guy named ray on the ferry he is the best ,I would definitely go back

  The facility is great. Rooms are not perfect. We stayed at Royal Harbor view room and I think the view is better than the water view.

  Had an excellent time here. Rooms are very nice, service was friendly and the property has plenty to offer for the entire family. My only issue is the cost of everything is very high, especially considering how expensive the rooms are.

  We stayed 5 days 4 nights. The hotel is amazing a truly amazing experience. Very family friendly. The catch is they offer meal plans and resort credit and sell you the dream but don't tell you that the taxes have to be paid on the resort credit and the meal plan you just spent over 1000$ on. the meal plans are great you save a lot of money, but the resort credit is a joke.
