::It’s too bad that you can’t leave a 0. These people are scam artists! They sit inside the hotels and steal from you. We booked a tour and canceled the same day. We were told our transaction would be canceled and would not run my credit card. They LIED. They steal your money and don’t give it back even though you didn’t go on their tour. Their supervisor is incompetent and unable to “supervise” anything. They emailed me saying that they would refund them when you go in person they refuse. A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS! Do not use them!

::Horrible experience!!! Driver when off course to drop off a child seat to a home on our way to the Hotel. The air conditioning unit leaked water all over our leather bag. The driver said he would file a complaint and never did. The agent at the Hotel told us to bring down our bag so she could take pictures and help us. Then when we did she said they didn't cover leather bags. Just like that!! No sorry, help or any kind of restitution!! Horrible company!! Do not use them. Much easier and quicker to take a taxi!!!!

::Tui bedient sich auf den Bahamas vor Ort der MajesticTours als Reisebetreuung. Die Shuttlebusse sind teilweise unter jedem Niveau. Auch die Zuverlässigkeit der vereinbarten Transporte ließ zu wünschen übrig. Dennoch war die individuelle Betreuung vor Ort nicht zu beanstanden. Die für uns zuständige Mitarbeiterin hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, unseren Wünschen gerecht zu werden.

::The gentlemen working were very kind however we were told this was THE pig beach, where you can go swimming with the pigs. Absolutely untrue, there were a total of 5 pigs. 3 adults and 2 babies, let out one at a time with about 40 people waiting to see them. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND. Especially for the price they charge. Very disappointed.

::I booked my hotel reservation with Comfort Suites/Paradise Island and called them to inquire if they had a shuttle to pick up personnel from the airport. They recommended Majestic Tours. Well, as stated in previous reviews, the pickup from the airport was no problem...even though the driver drove like a bat out of hell. I was getting sea sick from his driving. I paid for a round-trip fare to be picked up from the hotel at 10:00 a.m. to be taken to the airport. They have a representative who works inside the hotel and at 9:30 a.m. I approached her to confirm I had a reservation to be picked up at 10:00 a.m. She called someone and confirmed that I would be picked up at 10:00. Well, ten o'clock came and went and I approached her again. She said that, "it's not even 10:00." which was a lie because my watch said otherwise. She goes on to tell me that I was last on their list to be picked up,....they had other passengers to pick up at the other hotels who were ahead of me. Well, my reservation (voucher) didn't say that. It clearly stated to be in front of the hotel at 10:00 a.m. and made no mention of picking up other passengers. At any rate, she shuttle finally showed up at approximately 10:25 a.m. Bottom line: They have no regard for your time and I wish I had read these other reviews before booking with them.
