  Spa should provide a friendly greeter, towels, dirty towel basket, garbage can, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cream and hair dryer. None of these are provided. Not to mention, cigarette butts, plastic bag and big black dead bugs in the hot tub area. I specifically asked the staff in the spa for a hair dryer. They all (4 staff members) told me they don’t have one; there isn’t one in the spa. I left the spa and asked the hotel concierge if there was a hair dryer I could borrow. She called the spa back and hung up the phone. She told me to go back to the spa as they will give me one. So, the whole time there was a hair dryer at the spa. The massage was ok.
