Clean rooms, Marina hotel, No store and no restaurant nearby. Small three story older Hotel. The new larger building you see in the google picture, is not where you are staying
They advertise a restaurant on site which has been closed for years. It is now a derelict building which is falling apart and obstructed our view of everything. We rented a 2 bedroom apt. with a kitchen which sleeps 6. It's very dated and the place is in need of some tlc. There was 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and large covered balcony. The unit had 3 large screen t.v.s. and the rooms were all a good size and the beds were reasonably comfortable. There is a small pool and hot tub with a bar/restaurant which was never open. The "resort" is a small 3 story building with no elevator and sits in the shadow of a huge 19 story condo unit currently undergoing rather loud renovations. The closest restaurant and convenience store is about a 20 to 30 minute walk and there is a shuttle to a near by beach, about a 15 to 20 minute walk. They advertise bicycle rental, they have one old rusty one, which would have been nice because it's an expensive taxi ride into Nassau, a 15 minute drive away. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Nice pool overlooking the marina. Good bar and fast food at the pool with reasonable (for Paradise Island) prices. Two bedroom suite was very comfortable with a big well stocked kitchen. Staff at the front desk were very helpful.
