::Took a day off from work to take my wife there Tuesday for her 11am appointment. After a few hours, they told her the reason she was waiting so long was because her appointment was removed from the system. After she took her test, they told they would send the results to the referring clinic that day. It's now Sunday. We went to our clinic (because they're open Sunday), waited in line, only to be told fourth terrace diagnostics never sent the test results. This is asinine.

::I had a terrible experience with the Reception staff at 4th Terrace. Not only did she tell me that she had no record of my previous visit, she commence to discuss my business loudly, blame her colleague for the record mixup then attempt to have me wait while they fix it. I had to leave for next appointment so I told her I could not stay. Her nonchalant attitude and overly aggressive body language was a put off. Then to top it off, she squawked loudly in a jeering fashion as I was leaving. Their reception team needs training or replacing.
