Very efficient service and staff very professional. However there was one interviewer who was some what loud and intimidating to some of the clients.

They totally understood my situation when I requested a visa. I needed the US visa as a requirement to get a schengen visa. It seems to be that schengen based its criteria on whether you have a US visa or not.
