::We stayed here and really liked it. The staff was friendly and overall we had a great experience. However we could hear everything that was happening in the hallways which was a little weird especially when you hear someone yelling at their husband over an affair 😅 The food was great and I really believe this is a great deal for what you pay. I have recommended this resort to all my friends travelling to the Bahamas.

::If you like luxury while away this is not the place for you. My mother and I booked this trip through a travel agency and we were excited to come. However upon arrival check in took forever because the clerks were slow. This place looks like a hotel on the outside but inside it feels more like a motel. My mother and I are very unsatified with our choice to come here and we can’t change hotels because it’s non-refundable. When we booked this hotel we requested a room with the ocean view. Well you have to read the words carefully as a ocean view room is only a partial view and the ocean front room has the whole ocean in view. To be honest I would much rather go home than stay here because it’s not the slightest bit a paradise away from home. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is because the people are nice and it’s an all-inclusive “resort”. There are limited resorts in the Bahamas that offer an all-inclusive deal and the other hotels are more expensive and only offer breakfast. In my opinion it’s much more worth it to spend extra money on the things you like and want to be comfortable in. Even if my mother and I were to change rooms it would cost more money even after we expressed how unhappy we are here. We are really upset with our travel agent and the resort, that no one could accommodate us. I wouldn’t even say that you get what you pay for here because you are paying your money no matter what and should be compensated as such. Overall I would not recommend this place to stay at in the Bahamas, beware.

::The place is amazing the staffs are very friendly and hard working. The food and the drinks were very tasty and plentiful. They have so much things to do. We even had entertainers from Trinidad where I live and there was a big fete that was awesome. The place is well kept and very clean. The beach is amazing. This resort is one of the best I have been too.

::We loved it here! The hotel staff worked very hard to keep us happy. Food was really good, a lot of options. The beach was just amazing. There is a turtle friend that visits the shallows everyday. Kayaking, sail boating, peddleboating were all free. There are entertainment programs every night, a tennis court and ping pong tables ( if you love ping pong, bring your own paddles, they only have plastic ones). The gym was well equipped. The rooms were not the best, but we didn't come there to sit in our room. Bring your own water bottles to fill them up. This hotel is a little old school, but we absolutely loved the atmosphere it created for us. Overall, for the price we paid, it was an amazing experience.

::Great location on Cable beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for your dollar as long as you come with understanding the place was built 50 years ago and isn't glitz and glass. Front desk mgr Mauricia was very helpful with room move to better view. Leo on piano is great while enjoying a drink.
