  Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and more often than not, daily, it merely exists. I suggest the company do some serious investigations of their employees of the office on premises (soldier road). There is no way it should take a month for a grave marker to be made and placed upon a grave. I said grave marker, not head stone.....yes a simple grave marker. It seems once you've paid the $4036.00 you're placed on the back burner and left holding a bag filled with questions. I was also told and I quote, "There are people who spent more money than you in this grave yard, I don't get paid to work after 5pm, I'm leaving now, yal let's shut down". I've come to the conclusion that this company is very comfortable with insensitive and incompetence working to actively destroy it business, reputation and future affairs with the public. I hope this review finds its way on the Turnquest's front doorstep. This is an outrage!!!
