What loved about the hotel was its design, it’s architecture, the luxury and elegant appeal, and also all of the kid friendly slides on site! I also loved the Marina Village! What I disliked was the staff, especially near the pool area, they have terrible attitudes, and they are very unfriendly! I also don’t like that everything on site is cashless, meaning you have to charge everything to your room, which they add more service fees to, making it more expensive! I also disliked how pricey the restaurants are and the foods were not even all that great! I also thought there could have been more activities and shows on site. Overall I give Atlantis a 3.5.

I really hate giving this place a low rating because SOME of the staff were so nice. HOWEVER, the lobby is so cold you could freeze meat in there, it’s very uncomfortable. (People we putting on jackets before they walked in) The room keys are easily deactivated, you can’t keep them by your phone or other cards. Even when we tried to abide by these rules our key still deactivated THREE TIMES in a couple of hours, leaving us to make pointless trips to guest services wasting our vacation time. We were never given our water vouchers which was supposed to be included. Now the room itself seemed perfect when we first walked in but we soon realized the phone didn’t work (so no room service which we love). Housekeeping accidentally took our remote control which led to us finding out that the Buttons on the TV also don’t work. It would have been awesome to call the front desk to let them know but no can do with a broken phone. 🙄 turn down service is also at 9:30pm which in my opinion is a bit late. After a long Day of exploring the area I’m sure most people are in their rooms getting ready for bed at that time. The ONLY reason I’m giving this place an extra star is because like i said before MOST of the staff was really kind. Atlantis itself is nice, but we paid too much money for the basic needs not to be met. Leaving disappointed.

I was here with my wife for her birthday, 4/23/2018. It was a fantastic time to visit. The weather was appropriate to the time of year. Occasional rain/thunder storms, but nothing that spoiled our adventure. Things we loved: Service was excellent Room was clean and comfortable Many dining options Awesome Aquarium Picturesque views at every turn Concerns: The rooms are a bit dated. Cigarette Odor in Non-Smoking hallways 'Balcony' is tiny

The resort property is amazing with lots of sea life and water activities. We are frequent travelers and this is far from a 5 star hotel. The rooms are in bad need of a renovation. They are very dated. The front desk staff really needs customer service training. They are flat out nasty and don't seem to enjoy their jobs. The bellhops were super friendly and always ready to take care of you. I really can't give more than 3 stars with the horrible service we received from the front desk and the dated rooms. I can give the 3 stars, because the amenities are beautiful! The aquariums, the pools, the beaches, the water features were amazing! We never left the property! There was so much to explore!

This place was a total dream. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. The hotel staff was the friendliest I've ever experienced and the weather was windy, but still warm. The ocean was such warm water as well and surprised me how beautiful the beach is. The water bottles there are expensive, so use your vouchers. The water park is a blast and if you want to swim with dolphins, bring some cash. I recommend the conk salad and chowder. The pier is fun to walk as well and get some souvenirs. We'll be back for certain. This place is paradise.
