::If I can place a half a star I would. The customer service if terrible - pre pandemic. Many issues have been 'escalated' on my behalf, and I've yet to obtain a viable solution. There needs to be more options for customers who cannot come in the branch - perhaps because of a pandemic perhaps? Customers not local, perhaps can't walk into a branch to receive support. What is the resolve?

::Waited 1 hour and 50 min to change euros in usd , the supervisor, blather something about “when premium customer are coming in , you go down in the row ! Apart from the fact that they are totally RUDE ! No Work ethics , they just don’t care ! I really don’t understand who hires this kind of people ?! Regarding the fact the Bahamians are supposed to be nice and polite people ! This people in the bank are a total night mare ! After making a massive fuss , they started to work quicker , but regarding the fact that it was nearly closing time , everybody was keen on going home ! As a constructive suggestion : put /display times On the board ! And give people chance to decide if they want to wait 2 hours in a freezing facility , till someone counts 10 times 250 usd !!!!!!! I think it’s time as well ,for Bahamians scotia bank employe to be checked on efficiency and merit ! As a manager I would close this kind of facility , the way people work there it’s not worth creating jobs !

::I’ve never really had problems here but I’d like to make a note for others in case they have a similar idea to me. If the power is out this location doesn’t have a generator. I need to keep a mental note of which locations do for another typical BPL day.
